Code Stroke is an application that was initiated 1 year ago. The incidence of stroke is increasing and treatment has progressed and is marked by the high life expectancy of stroke patients and reducing the number of disabilities. This is due to the low rate of reperfusion procedures, both thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy, due to very short time constraints. Therefore, Code Stroke was proposed as a communication medium for health workers and the community, especially in North Sumatra.
